Daily Performance

• Reworked the daily performance scoring system.
• Daily reviews now evaluate:
  • Collections vs. expected daily pace
  • Call activity
  • Payments secured
  • Accounts resolved
  • Reputation
  • Compliance/complaints
• Closure rate is now only one factor instead of determining the entire review.
• Added dynamic strengths and weaknesses to end-of-day reports.

Manager Reviews

• Daily manager reviews now always occur for Poor, Medium, Good, and Stellar days.
• Managers now react to overall performance instead of just call count.
• Poor Review: Manager Friendship/Trust -1
• Stellar Review: Manager Friendship/Trust +1
• Weekly manager review and payout system remain unchanged.

Relationships

• Daily performance now affects your relationship with your assigned manager.

Main Menu

• Added a new Credits option.
• Includes version, copyright, and special thanks.

Burnout Board

• Added a themed skull-and-crossbones header to give the Burnout Board its own visual identity.

Balance

• Outstanding collection days are no longer incorrectly labeled as poor simply because of a low closure rate.
• High abandonment and compliance issues still reduce your score without completely overriding strong production.

Data Cleanup

• Removed obsolete boss review logic.
• Standardized complaint thresholds and manager review configuration into the new shared daily performance system.
