Permanent Achievements

• Added a permanent achievement collection accessible from the title screen.
• Achievements earned during any career are now permanently recorded across all save slots.
• Ending achievements are preserved after career completion.
• Existing careers automatically contribute previously earned achievements to the permanent collection.
• Burnout Board careers are automatically scanned for previously earned achievements.
• Permanent achievement progress now tracks overall completion and total achievement points across every career.
• Career-specific achievement tracking remains unchanged and continues to function independently.
